Committed to serving our region
There’s a lot to love about life in the Orange region. The people, the pace, the strong sense of community and the many opportunities to make a good life here. At Willerby’s, we’re proud to play a part in helping people find their place in it.
Our agency was founded on a simple idea: real estate should be a good experience for everyone involved. That means honest conversations, sound advice and the kind of attention to detail that makes people feel genuinely looked after.
We’re committed to serving the region we call home, building lasting relationships and doing the little things well, every time. Because good service should never be the exception.

Meet the Willerby’s team

Will Miller
Born and raised in Orange, Will Miller has spent more than a decade working in local real estate, building a reputation for his straightforward approach, good humour and genuine care for his clients. With his family’s business roots stretching back over 30 years, community has always been a big part of his life. Away from work, you’ll find Will spending time with his wife Maddy and their son Fred, getting involved with Hawks RLFC and Orange Theatre Company or attempting to improve his golf game, with limited success.

Izzy Brotherton-Farr
An Orange local through and through, Izzy Brotherton-Farr knows a thing or two about the people and places that make this region special. She brings a natural warmth, a can-do attitude and plenty of positive energy to the Willerby’s team. Working alongside Will, Izzy remembers the little things, takes pride in getting things right and makes even the busiest days feel easier. An avid admirer of beautiful gardens, she’s never short of an excuse for a weekend wander, preferably with her cavoodle Maple in tow.
Serving the Orange region

Orange
Big enough to keep life interesting, small enough that running into a friendly face is practically guaranteed. Orange brings together beautiful old homes, leafy streets, great schools, proper seasons and a food and wine scene that gives locals plenty to feel smug about. But its greatest luxury might be time: shorter commutes, weekends close to home and the chance to build a full life without spending half of it getting somewhere else.
Molong
Molong has the sort of main street that reminds you exactly where you are: in a country town with history, character and people who still stop for a chat. Heritage buildings give the place its good looks, while the surrounding farmland keeps its rural pedigree firmly intact. For those wanting more breathing room without losing their connection to Orange, it offers that lovely middle ground between town life and the country.
Millthorpe
It may be small, but nobody could accuse Millthorpe of being sleepy. Behind its heritage streetscape is a town with plenty going on – good coffee, excellent food, cellar doors, galleries, shops and locals who genuinely know one another. Around 20 minutes from Orange, it offers the slower rhythm of village life without disappearing off the map. The kind of place where a Saturday stroll can very easily become lunch.
Blayney
Blayney is country living with its sleeves rolled up. A hardworking town with a truckload of heart, it brings together charming Victorian shopfronts, local businesses and a strong sense of community, all surrounded by the rolling hills and farmland of the Central West. There’s no shortage of things to keep you busy, from weekend sport to local events, with Orange and Bathurst an easy drive away. It’s a place with its own identity, and proud of it.
Spring Hill
Just outside Orange, Spring Hill offers a little more sky, a little more space and a village pace that’s becoming harder to find. It’s close enough for work, school and Saturday errands, with the added bonus of nearby Orange Airport making spontaneous city weekends a breeze. For families looking to spread their wings without losing touch with town, Spring Hill makes a pretty good case for having the best of both worlds.
Mullion Creek
For those who like their neighbours nearby but their backyard bigger, Mullion Creek is where life gets a little more spacious. Its rugged ranges, bushland and winding valleys north of Orange provide a beautiful backdrop to everyday life. Home to acreage properties, a small local school and a close-knit community, it’s a place where kids can roam, families can put down roots and nature is never far from the front door.
